Matthew is a floor plan and 3D home tour expert. He has been working with a property Management Company That has over 1000 properties that Matthew has been making floor plans for. He knows how to make 3D home tours that can be seen online and he has mastered the art of floor planning.
Matthew’s job is to make sure that each property has the correct floor plan and that all the rooms are labeled correctly.
He also makes sure that when it comes time to sell a property, he will be able to create an accurate 3D tour of the home so potential buyers can get a better idea of what they are buying.
